Shipping

All USA orders over $75 get free shipping, international over $200!

 

Please allow 1-3 business days for all orders to be processed.

Once orders has shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

 

Domestic: 5-10 business days

International: 14-21 business days

Returns

If you're not absolutely in love with your swimmies, Lolli accepts returns requested within 7 days from date received & are valid for store credit only.

 

Items MUST be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and hygienic liners attached.

We do not offer exchanges, sorry!

HOW TO DO A RETURN:

 

Please email info@ilovelolli.com with your order number, item/s you would like to return and the reason for your return. Once the return is approved you will be notified with a Return Authorization Number that will be valid for 7 days. Please do not send anything back before requesting a Return Authorization Number.

 

Please note that All returned items must be accompanied by your printed Return Authorization in order to identify your return and process your store credit.

 

Send back your items with your shipping carrier of choice.  

 

All credits will consist of the product cost, less 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs will not be credited. All returns must be requested within 7 days from date received.  

 

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return ship date for your store credit to be emailed to you. For returns from international addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your credit.

 

The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.
