But what is Bikini Cleanse, exactly? Whether you’re looking to lose a few pounds for a wedding, a tropical vacation, or just starting your journey of health and wellness, Bikini Cleanse helps get you there! Our 7-day cleanse not only helps you get a flatter stomach, but also allows you to detox while still eating wholesome and nutritious foods.

That’s why we’re here to share a Bikini Approved recipe, good for any time during your Bikini Cleanse or after. Skip the chips if you are cleansing ;) In honor of our favorite vaca spot (and Lolli Swimwear founder’s destination wedding spot), we’ve concocted a Sayulita, Mexico inspired Bikini Ceviche recipe!

  • 2 lb eco-friendly fish fillets and shrimp-cubed
  • 10 organic limes
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 habanero chile or jalapeño
  • 1 small organic, red onion, sliced paper-thin
  • Black pepper
  • 16 large organic, romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 organic avocados, diced
  • 2 organic tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp of mint

  1. Cube seafood and place in a nonreactive dish.
  2. Juice limes into a food processor. Squeeze them well, but avoid the membrane (to keep from bitter taste). Add garlic and cilantro. Seed hot pepper, remove white ribs, and slice it into a few pieces; throw it into the processor. Pulse until garlic cloves and pepper are finely minced. Pour this mixture over fish. Slice onion and add it to fish.
  3. Refrigerate and let fish marinate overnight. Stir once or twice.
  4. Next day, drain off most of the lime juice, leaving enough to keep fish moist. Add remaining vegetable ingredients and pepper to taste.
  5. Sprinkle as much mint as desired for decor.
